This fantastically groovy mid-century survivor radiates that absolutely epic, high-texture 70s Mod energy! The rug is hooked and knotted with immense patience in 1960s-1970s Europe using traditional latch hook techniques.

The aesthetic is undeniable: thick, super-cozy cotton-blend piles knotted in deep chocolate brown with popping retro geometric accents in true mint green and golden mustard yellow. Because it was crafted carefully knot by knot on a flexible canvas base, the high pile is amazingly pliable and beautifully soft!

Very Good Condition

Spotlessly clean and free of odors. To be wonderfully transparent regarding this piece's authentic age: it is missing just a tiny few piles along the outer rim. Because the fluffy yarn strands fall over the edge, this tiny imperfection is basically invisible on the front, only noticed when thoroughly inspecting the bottom-canvas structure!

I recommend regular shaking / vacuuming to prevent dust build-up. Handwash in lukewarm water only when you think that dry methods would not be sufficient. Wrench only by hand, air-dry laid!
