Your vintage tapestry from Retro Cube Home is shipped from Hungary. We work with international carriers like FedEx, UPS - and occasionally, Post. You'll be notified of the tracking number as soon as the parcel is ready - usually within a day! We aim to ship your order the following business day the latest. Should we need more time You'll be notified in due time.

Delivery times

Depending on your location and the courier, typical delivery times vary as:

USA, Canada
FedEx Priority: 2-3 business days
EMS (Express Mail Service) by Post - for larger parcels / bulk orders: ca. 1 week

Europe
FedEx, UPS: 2-4 business days
Post parcel: 2-5 business days

Japan, Australia
FedEx Priority: 2-4 business days
EMS (Express Mail Service) post parcel, for larger items / bulk orders: 1-2 weeks

Packaging

Loving vintage goes hand-in-hand with caring for our planet, which is why we're dedicated to eco-friendly packaging. We prioritize recycled and recyclable materials that still offer excellent protection for your order, and we make a point to use as little plastic as possible. So, your vintage find might arrive in a clean, strong, reused cardboard box or recyclable packaging from the carrier, all chosen with sustainability in mind.

Choosing vintage is a wonderful way to shop sustainably, and we put immense care into sourcing these special items, often from right here in Hungary. To honor both the unique character of vintage and our shared commitment to the environment, we encourage you to select your items thoughtfully, as all sales are considered final.

This means we're generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of heart, or if the item doesn't quite match your space or personal style expectations once it arrives.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled! That's why every listing features detailed descriptions, precise measurements, and high-resolution photos (and often videos!). We aim to give you a complete picture of each tapestry or rug.

A Note on International Shipping & Sustainability
Your beautiful vintage find will be carefully packaged and shipped from our home in Hungary. We understand this often means it's traveling a long way to reach you! Returning an item simply because it's not quite what you envisioned after arrival would mean another long journey across the globe. This not only incurs significant shipping costs for everyone but also isn't the kindest choice for our planet.

Embracing Local Solutions
Should you decide after receiving your carefully chosen item that it’s not the perfect fit for your home, we warmly encourage you to consider sustainable local options. Re-homing it by reselling, gifting it to a friend who would cherish it, or donating it locally allows the vintage love to continue circulating in an eco-friendly way.

In Case of Damage During Transit

While we pack every item with the utmost care, sometimes things happen during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos showing the damage to the item

- Clear photos of the packaging (even if it doesn't look obviously damaged on the outside)

We'll work closely with you to find a fair and positive solution. This may include a refund or, if a suitable replacement is available, offering that option, depending on the specific situation.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (including VAT or GST) that may apply in their country. We kindly ask you to familiarize with applicable regulations and law.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We accurately declare the value and contents of all international shipments. We cannot mark items as 'gifts' or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal.
